Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

Circles is seeking a high‑performing Finance Business Partner Manager to lead its B2C segments. Reporting to the VP, Head of Strategic Finance, the role works closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations to drive sustainable growth and optimise performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial advisor for B2C leadership, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, CX and Strategy teams.
• Translate commercial strategies and operating roadmaps into concrete financial guidance and actionable insights.
• Lead long‑term planning, annual budgeting and recurring forecast cycles for the B2C segment.
• Build comprehensive financial models covering revenue, cost, margin and user‑growth projections, documenting core assumptions.
• Analyse unit economics (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, contribution margin) and guide pricing, promotions and acquisition incentives.
• Develop business cases and financial models for new product launches, channel expansions and strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity, enforce financial controls and improve FP&A processes and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA, CFA or CPA a plus.
• 8‑10 years progressive FP&A/FBP experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in telco or technology scale‑ups is highly desirable.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of influencing senior non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proven capability to operate in a matrix organisation, manage cross‑functional projects and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
