About the role
We are looking for a Finance Operations professional to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger activities on a contract basis until 3 February 2027. The role is based at our Raffles Place office in Singapore and offers exposure to core financial processes within a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and issue tenant invoices, monitor payments and follow up on arrears (Accounts Receivable).
- Record vendor invoices and execute payments (Accounts Payable).
- Prepare journal entries and finance reports for the General Ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of GST, income tax filings and budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and company policies.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in finance operations, particularly in AR, AP and GL functions.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax regulations such as GST and corporate income tax.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately.
