Food & Beverage Executive - Changi Airport Lounge

About the role

Accor, in partnership with one of the world's leading airlines, manages lounge operations at Changi Airport. It is looking for a proactive, service-oriented Food & Beverage Executive to support daily operations in the dining area. The role keeps buffet lines consistently replenished and tables promptly cleared and reset, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish buffet stations so that food is always available and well presented.
• Clear used dishes, cutlery and glassware from tables efficiently.
• Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and buffet areas.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with stock control and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
• Comply with food hygiene, safety and handling regulations.
• Assist with setup and closing duties for buffet service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, lounge or F&B operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
