Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Pullman Singapore Hill Street, a 350-room hotel by Accor, is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor. The role provides prompt and professional F&B service to hotel and dining guests, supervising the outlet and its team while the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring settings meet standards before operations begin.
• Plan daily outlet operations in the absence of the manager and supervise junior team members and casual labourers.
• Take and record restaurant reservations and cancellations, reconfirming them daily by phone or email.
• Take F&B orders according to guest requirements and serve food and drink to the service standard.
• Upsell and cross-sell F&B offers and dining venues to maximise revenue.
• Follow HACCP food safety and hygiene standards and keep the outlet and back of house clean.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully, report incidents to management, and assist other outlets during peak times.
