Graduate Analyst - FSI

About the role

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting arm of Infosys Limited, is hiring a Graduate Analyst in its FSI practice in Singapore. You will work alongside leading industry experts on complex projects across APAC, helping companies solve real-time challenges through technology. The role sits within graduate opportunities such as Technology Transformation, Digital Platforms, Cloud Consulting, Financial Services & Insurance Consulting, AIFE (AI First and Experience), Workplace Transformation and Communication, Media and Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the project team to solve real-time challenges for APAC companies through technology.
• Contribute to conceptualising innovative solutions based on anticipated industry needs.
• Generate qualified leads through market research and client introductions, and perform competitor analysis and ground intelligence.
• For functional roles: problem-solving, critical thinking, effective communication and collaboration, with skills such as business analysis, project management, HR, organisational development and learning and development.
• For technical roles: use of tools, software and technologies such as programming, data analysis and web development.
• Design and perform exploratory data analysis and identify meaningful information from data.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate from university or postgraduate program.
• Problem-solving, creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on client experience.
• Willingness to learn, growth mindset and resilience with ambiguity and change.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis and exploratory data analysis.
