Guest Experience Executive

About the role

Pullman Singapore Orchard, a 5-star hotel described as a design-led destination, is looking for a Guest Experience Executive. The role covers the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge and delivers F&B services, concierge services and a consistent guest experience throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Supervise and direct the team of Guest Experience Executives so that personalized care is given to every guest at Heart of House.
• Manage the Pullman Singapore Orchard guest experience through a seamless flow of processes.
• Maintain a flawless impression of the hotel's services, products and colleagues.
• Anticipate guest needs and accommodate all requests, working with all departments for seamless service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 'O' level qualification.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to communicate in a second language.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate colleagues and build a cohesive team.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and handle guest and hotel information securely.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize, delegate and adapt to change.

Required skills

• Good technical knowledge of Heart of House and Guest Services Operations.
• Supervisory knowledge such as staff rostering, room assignment, requisition orders, basic training and coaching.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
• Good computer and property management system skills.
