About the role
ibis Singapore Novena is looking for a Guest Service Executive to oversee the front desk and guest services area and deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for guests and visitors. The hotel is near Mount Elizabeth Hospital, within walking distance of United Square and Velocity Mall, and a short drive from Orchard Road.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations and payments, and give helpful concierge recommendations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and handle guest concerns professionally to uphold brand standards
- Handle daily cash securely, reconcile it, and process payments
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) accurately
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance
- Follow hotel safety protocols, key controls and brand standards
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service or a related service environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate in a second language is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
