Head of Digital Transformation & Strategy

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's digital transformation roadmap. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to modernise processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernisation initiatives.
• Drive AI, data analytics, and automation adoption throughout the organisation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify transformation opportunities and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Establish robust governance, risk management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional business technology teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change management, and vendor relationships.
• Support the development of a digital‑first culture and innovation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, automation, or emerging technology projects.
• Experience in governance, project delivery, and enterprise change management.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Background in large enterprises, financial services, or technology‑driven environments is advantageous.
