Healthcare HR Manager – Up to SGD 5,500 (East Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions for our East Singapore operations. The role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, supporting business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development and off‑boarding.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and drive people initiatives.
• Lead HR digitalisation projects, streamline processes and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
• Develop, review and enforce HR policies, SOPs and ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation.
• Manage payroll administration and statutory compliance.
• Support manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and employee engagement programmes.
• Analyse HR metrics and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and act as a trusted HR business partner.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR digitalisation or process‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, resource‑ful and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
