Housekeeping Attendant - Airport Lounge

About the role

Accor, in partnership with one of the world's leading airlines, manages lounge operations at Changi Airport. It is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to keep the lounge toilets and shower rooms clean and hygienic, operate shower suite allocations and make up beds in sleeping areas so guests enjoy an exceptional lounge experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and professionally when operating shower suite allocations.
• Manage shower suite bookings and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Clean and sanitize shower suites to the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Change linens and make up beds in the sleeping areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests about cleanliness or comfort in allocated areas.
• Maintain inventory and restock shower amenities such as towels, toiletries and refreshments.
• Keep cleaning chemicals and equipment safe and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Basic communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
