Installation Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead the successful implementation of automation system projects within the building and construction sector. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute project implementations, managing budgets, timelines, and contract requirements.
• Oversee work performed by production, installation teams, and subcontractors to meet quality standards.
• Carry out installation, checking, and commissioning activities, and coordinate follow‑up with subcontractors.
• Record man‑hours and productivity against budget and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare and complete quality documentation in line with the QMS.
• Participate in inspection meetings and assist with testing to satisfy local authority approvals.
• Maintain equipment, report abnormalities, and ensure a clean, 5S‑compliant workplace.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified crane operator as required by local regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and commissioning within a similar industry.
• Independent, self‑confident, self‑motivated team player with strong communication skills.
