International Growth Practice – Experienced Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

Pwc’s International Growth Practice is seeking experienced associates to develop and execute international expansion strategies for clients across multiple sectors. The role involves working with senior executives, global teams and external stakeholders to shape resilient growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market expansion strategies, entry scenarios and site selection analyses for clients seeking international growth.
• Conduct global talent assessments, supplier portfolio realignment and strategic point‑of‑view development.
• Support client workshops, business development and pursuit efforts, and collaborate with PwC’s global network.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in target sectors within management consulting or industry strategy roles.
• International work experience in key markets (e.g., US, UK, China, Japan, Germany, SE Asia).
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder, multi‑country consulting projects and transform data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and research capabilities, with experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
