Internship in Workforce Health Consulting

About the role

Join Marsh’s Workforce Health Consulting team in Singapore for a 6‑12 month internship. You will support the creation and delivery of evidence‑informed workplace wellbeing initiatives, working closely with experienced consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of wellbeing programs, from research and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute ideas to program design.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and gather feedback.
• Assist in preparing materials, presentations, communications, and engagement collaterals.
• Support program measurement activities, including participation tracking and outcome analysis.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or graduating from a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, or organizational development.
