Manager, Loyalty Experiences MEA APAC

About the role

Accor, a group of over 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations in 110 countries, is looking for a Manager, Loyalty Experiences MEA APAC based in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, Loyalty Experience MEA APAC, you will drive loyalty culture, create memorable member experiences and strengthen member engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of an AI-enabled loyalty culture across more than 1,000 hotels, empowering staff through learning, training and engagement initiatives.
• Curate and deliver exclusive Limitless Experiences that connect members with their passions through events, partnerships and brand experiences.
• Grow member engagement and loyalty by enhancing recognition, optimising member journeys and working with CRM, Marketing and Digital teams.
• Use data, customer insights and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, measure performance and continuously improve the member experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Significant experience in loyalty, customer experience, hospitality or marketing.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to lead initiatives across multiple markets and teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience turning data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer-centricity, innovation and emerging technologies.
