Manager / Senior Manager (Chief Allied Health Officer Office)

About the role

The role supports the Chief Allied Health Officer’s Office (CAHOO) in driving strategic initiatives that transform allied health professional (AHP) care delivery across Singapore. You will work in a fast‑paced, highly volatile environment, coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders to ensure timely access to appropriate care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and formulate initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of CAHOO and the Ministry of Health.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop implementation plans and enablers for AHP care transformation.
• Monitor progress and outcomes of initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations.

Required profile

• Tertiary education, preferably in health, social sciences, public policy or public administration.
• Experience in hospital, community services or with allied health professionals is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to see projects through to completion.
• Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking and capacity to work under pressure.
