Manager / Senior Manager, Process Transformation (TED)

About the role

This role leads medium-to-large process-transformation assignments or defined workstreams from diagnosis through implementation and early benefits tracking. It works across business, operations, policy and technology teams to turn complex process challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Successful candidates are offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for extension or permanent tenure.

Key responsibilities

• Scope transformation assignments with sponsors and process owners, defining outcomes, baselines, evidence requirements, milestones and risks, and organise work across specialists and business participants.
• Lead current-state research and root-cause analysis, then design future-state processes, roles, controls and service interactions, integrating BPR, automation, design and insights.
• Develop implementation plans, business cases and readiness requirements, facilitate workshops and stakeholder decisions, and support transition and transfer of ownership to business stakeholders.
• Define and track process, service and operational outcomes, manage risks, dependencies and quality, and coach junior practitioners.

Required profile

• Experience contributing to process-transformation or service-improvement assignments with ownership of defined workstreams.
• Experience leading or supporting complex cross-functional transformation initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Experience facilitating working-level transformation discussions and building stakeholder alignment across functions.

Required skills

• Process mapping, problem framing and root-cause analysis.
• Design of practical future-state processes and translation of findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Management of project risks, dependencies and quality across transformation scopes.
