Marine & Mechanical Engineer – Ex Navy Personnel Welcome (Changi Naval Base)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Marine and Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Changi Naval Base. The role is open to ex‑Navy personnel and Singapore citizens who can thrive in a disciplined, military‑type environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on maritime platform systems.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical switchboards, air distribution, cooling, steering and propulsion systems.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and maintain workshop safety standards.
• Support integration of IT and electrical subsystems where required.
• Deploy on‑site within the naval base and respond to urgent technical issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis of maritime systems.
• Ex‑Navy background preferred and Singapore citizenship mandatory.
• Ability to work in a naval base or other military operating environment.
