Marketing Specialist

About the role

Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer, is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Singapore. This is a fully onsite role carried out at the designated Regal Rexnord office. The position covers marketing campaign coordination, offline event management, content creation, communication channel management and demand generation support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams, coordinating marketing materials and assets on time.
• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of offline events such as tradeshows, customer events and conferences.
• Create content for marketing materials that matches the brand voice and conveys key messages.
• Manage communication channels including the company website, social media, email marketing and others, updating content, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in demand generation initiatives, including funnel tracking, MQL/SQL conversion and lead nurturing, and maintain relationships with media contacts.
• Track campaign and content performance, prepare regular reports with findings and recommendations, and collaborate with marketing, sales and product management teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or at least 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing communications.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as tradeshows, websites, email marketing tools and social media management tools.
• Proficiency with analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance.
