Night Manager - Front Office & Night Audit

About the role

The Night Manager provides overall management coverage during overnight operations at the ibis Singapore on Bencoolen, a 4-star hotel with 534 rooms in the Bugis area. The role ensures guest satisfaction, service excellence, safety and smooth operations, with a strong focus on Front Office and Night Audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visible management presence and operational leadership across all departments overnight, focusing on Front Office and Night Audit
• Ensure accurate and complete Night Audit procedures, daily reports and system rollovers
• Monitor overnight revenue, handle discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial controls
• Lead and support overnight Front Office and security teams to deliver consistent guest service
• Handle escalated guest complaints and incidents promptly and professionally, and monitor guest feedback through VOG, online reviews and in-house feedback
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures, and uphold Accor's Vision and Values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Front Office or hotel operations, preferably with night shift exposure
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Ability to make sound decisions independently and to stay calm and decisive during emergencies

Required skills

• Experience with Opera PMS or similar property management systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
