Passenger Relations Officer - SilverKris Lounge

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring a Passenger Relations Officer for its Premium Passenger Services (Airport Operations) unit within the Customer Services & Operations Division. The officer joins a team that manages the day-to-day operations of the SilverKris Lounge and provides First Class service to premium passengers. The role requires a team spirit to handle operational issues internally and across departments, and a keen service-oriented attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of the SilverKris Lounge and Krisflyer Gold Lounge
• Provide personalised service and assistance to premium passengers at the lounges and other airport areas
• Handle and resolve escalated passenger complaints
• Perform backroom duties such as monitoring flights and liaising with traffic staff
• Supervise, coach and monitor staff on operational matters so that lounge duties are carried out efficiently as a team
• Liaise with SIN Hub on flight delays and special handling
• Meet and assist VIPs to and from the lounge
• Keep the lounges clean and tidy, provide administrative support and carry out any other duties assigned

Required profile

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
• Proficiency in English and another language such as Chinese, French, German, Italian or Korean for serving international customers
• Experience in front-line customer service is preferred
• Ability to work shift hours, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Adept in teamwork, communication and customer orientation
