Penetration Tester

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to assess the security of applications, networks, cloud platforms and OT/ICS environments. You will simulate attacks, uncover vulnerabilities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing across applications, networks, cloud services and OT/ICS systems.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and exploit analysis following standards such as OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE Top 25 and NIST.
• Utilize tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap and Wireshark to identify and validate security weaknesses.
• Collaborate with development, operations and engineering teams to embed security into system design.
• Produce detailed reports describing findings, exploitation methods and remediation steps.
• Track remediation progress and support teams with root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of testing methodologies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH or GPEN are preferred.
