Practice Leader, Digital & AI Solutions

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Practice Leader for its Digital & AI Solutions practice. The role leads a group of resources that build and deliver AI solutions to Life Science clients, while also building the team's capabilities and acting as a people manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a group of resources to build and deliver AI solutions to Life Science clients in the market.
• Build the team's capabilities to design, develop and deploy AI agents on platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Act as a thought leader in the AI/AGI area to promote the iQVIA brand in the market.
• Coach team members to develop their capabilities within the Life Science industry and the AI area.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or higher in a Data Science domain such as Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science, or two to five years of experience as a data scientist, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Experience in AI transformation consulting or AI roadmap design for the life science industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn, with a passion for technology and a desire to stay up to date with AI and cloud advances.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of mainstream LLMs such as GPT, OpenAI, Gemini and Qwen.
• Good written and spoken communication, including presenting technical concepts to non-experts, writing analysis plans under guidance and contributing to proposals and applications.
