Principal Consultant - CIO Advisory & Transformation

About the role

Infosys Consulting, a global management consulting firm, is hiring a Principal Consultant for its CIO Advisory & Transformation practice in Singapore. The role suits an experienced IT professional or consultant who can help clients achieve business success through digital and cloud transformation, and who is comfortable working across team, stakeholder and organisational levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT solutions and processes as part of an integrated strategy, leading teams and clients through change
• Build Go-to-Market strategies, develop new service offerings and grow deep client relationships
• Lead RFPs and tender responses, write proposals and present compelling business cases
• Design cloud and digital transformation roadmaps, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies
• Conduct market and client research, and contribute thought leadership such as white papers and POV articles

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (four years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education)
• Management consulting experience, including project management and/or business analysis
• Experience in business and IT technology strategy or IT operations transformation
• Knowledge of SDLC and strong understanding of business, market dynamics and cloud, computing and middleware

Required skills

• Cloud domain (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers) and cloud migration business cases
• Agile methodology, IT cost optimisation and application portfolio rationalisation
• Program and project management, including requirement gathering, scoping, resource and costing plans, and governance
• Process reengineering, process flowcharting and strong presentation skills
