Principal - Finacle

About the role

Infosys is hiring a Principal consultant for its Finacle offering in Singapore. The role sits in the finance and treasury domain and involves leading workstreams on large programs, delivering solutions and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream within a large program with minimal supervision, or independently lead small to mid-sized programs end to end
• Deliver specific solutions and deliverables for the workstream using areas of expertise such as banking/insurance product knowledge, digital and end-to-end customer journey
• Coordinate proactively with the Engagement Manager to overcome obstacles, interdependencies, opportunities and risks
• Contribute to proposal development and craft relevant content
• Help recruit people, manage knowledge and contribute to practice and community development and publications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and managers

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience handling major programs in finance/treasury, preferably in financial services
• At least 5 years in a bank, insurance, financial services firm or a management consulting firm working for banking
• Track record of high-quality project or assignment outputs with measurable business improvements
• Fluent spoken and written English

Required skills

• Treasury operations, including funding and risk management
• Transfer pricing models on banking products, fixed and non-fixed term (mandatory)
• Good understanding of the insurance value chain and of market and regulatory change
• Strong project management and business analysis skills, including product owner role in agile delivery, requirements elaboration, testing and defect tracking
• Solid problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Relevant professional qualification such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, PSPO, CPA or CFA
