Principal - Finacle SME

About the role

Infosys Singapore & Australia is hiring a Principal for its Finacle SME program in Singapore. The role manages the overall delivery of Finacle functional and technical changes, including migration and upgrade strategy, and provides subject matter expertise to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and deliver the Finacle migration and upgrade strategy, and implement base product and scheme configurations.
• Work with the Finacle product and implementation teams so that every project phase is designed, built and delivered.
• Manage Finacle product milestones, take them to invoicing, and run phase-gate reviews of deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day delivery and quality with products, vendors and partners, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are tracked in RAID meetings, and prepare project charters, business cases and funding approvals.
• Create and monitor work plans, set up control and reporting structures for risk and change management, and run post-mortems, closure reviews and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies and financial governing bodies, and define and monitor project constraints.
• Develop communication plans, hold regular status reviews, and contribute to SoWs, offers, contracts and time schedules.
• Review and improve internal project management processes, and support the delivery of new products across consulting and product groups.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Finacle, with core deposit and lending products.
• Experience implementing and deploying Finacle SaaS, and at least 3 completed migrations from legacy to Finacle.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage people, processes and systems.
• Exposure to variable SDLC methodologies (Waterfall / Agile) is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong Finacle data ingestion experience.
• Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture in AWS, working with the Cloud Product Owner to improve service quality, efficiency and continuity.
