Principal - FSI (Financial Services Transformation)

About the role

Infosys is hiring a Principal for its Financial Services practice in Singapore. The role focuses on technology transformation for clients in the financial services sector and involves leading a team of consultants, business analysts and delivery managers across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and build long-term relationships with senior executive clients (C-suite, business heads, VPs) of financial services companies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for transformation programs, advising clients and shaping solutions to their business challenges.
• Lead a team of consultants, business analysts and delivery managers for the end-to-end delivery of programs across several geographies.
• Collaborate with business units, operation units and technology partners to ensure end-to-end system and process delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 to 17 years of experience in technology transformation, cloud strategy or operations teams, or in a consulting firm that has delivered transformation projects.
• Proven consulting experience in business, IT, digital or acquisition across multiple countries.
• Experience in technology transformation, data and application migrations.
• Deep understanding of Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.

• Ability to engage clients on their important and challenging business issues and to build strong relationships at senior management level.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and creative thinking skills, with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
