About the role

Infosys Consulting, a global consulting and transformation firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Ltd, is hiring a Principal for its Banking and Financial Services practice in Singapore. The role focuses on helping major insurance clients deliver value to their customers within their new operating models and transformation goals, working at executive and senior management levels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements and collaborate to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects on strategy and plans for strategic transformation.
• Develop diagnostics, strategies, roadmaps and business cases for large-scale transformations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network with industry experts and forums, and contribute to the firm through recruitment, mentoring, training and intellectual property generation (POVs, whitepapers).
• Contribute to the practice's growth and to the development of next-generation leaders.

Required profile

• Deep insurance industry experience and domain knowledge.
• Experience delivering transformation across the insurance value chain, such as distribution, underwriting and claims management.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (Directors, GMs) and be recognised as an industry thought leader.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams and to build a collaborative, results-oriented culture.

Required skills

• Business and IT advisory experience, e.g. operational strategy, plans and frameworks, and alignment of business architecture with business vision.
• Business improvement capability and delivery of digital innovations.
• Delivery and ideally business development experience in business transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
