Principal Project Manager - Telco (CME Digital Consultancy)

About the role

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting arm of Infosys, is building its Communications, Media and Entertainment (CME) digital consultancy practice in the APAC region. It is recruiting an experienced management consultant with deep telco knowledge and delivery experience to support a large client in Singapore. The role is based in Singapore at Principal Consultant level.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients and key stakeholders on best practices, methodologies and state-of-the-art knowledge of IT and operations, processes and principles to create customer value.
• Support program planning, design workshops and documentation from both business and technical perspectives.
• Lead client engagement as the face of Infosys, including identifying business requirements, developing proposals, translating customer requirements into formal agreements and plans.
• Improve the client's IT department functions to support its future goals and build business architecture models reflecting those goals.
• Take overall responsibility for the solution, working across organizations to deliver end-to-end solutions for both Infosys and the client.
• Independently deliver specific work items such as telecom product knowledge, digital, end-to-end customer journey and design thinking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in OSS/BSS for telco or a similar domain.
• Proven technical and business analysis skills, including driving requirements elaboration, problem solving and long-term goal achievement.
• Good understanding of the domain value chain and the threats and opportunities posed by market and regulatory change, articulated clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence clients and communicate technical ideas.
• Strong working knowledge of industry key players and several technology standards.
• Ability to meet challenging goals and deadlines, with a consulting mindset and a desire to be seen as a leading industry expert.
