About the role

Infosys is looking for a Principal in Telco Billing in Singapore. The role suits someone with 10-12 years of experience in telecom billing, who has worked extensively with major telecom providers and has strong delivery and operations experience.

Required profile

10-12 years of telecom billing experience with major telecom providers, covering delivery and operations.
Experience managing a large team and liaising with client stakeholders.
Ability to act as the single point of contact for the client on billing delivery and operations, addressing any billing issues.
Comfortable working across cross-functional teams using agile methodology.
Prior experience in big BSS transformation or migration programs, with the ability to propose optimal strategies and solutions for billing.

Required skills

Strong hands-on billing knowledge in one or more billing platforms, such as ARIA, Amdocs, CSGi or Netcracker.
Extensive experience with ARIA or a related billing product is preferable.
