Product Manager

About the role

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), is looking for a Product Manager in Singapore. ATS offers products and services covering infrastructure and operational services, authentication, governance and assurance, and managed processes, working with government agencies and commercial partners to mitigate cyber risks and strengthen security.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, objectives and success metrics, and maintain the product strategy and roadmap.
• Discover user needs and problems through user research, interviews and feedback, and validate assumptions with users.
• Prioritise features and requirements and make product-level trade-offs, then communicate the roadmap to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, operations and security teams, clarifying requirements and outcomes.
• Support product delivery, reviews, launches, onboarding and adoption, and address risks and dependencies.
• Monitor metrics such as adoption, engagement and satisfaction, analyse usage and feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Manage the product through its lifecycle, recommending enhancements, consolidation or retirement.

Required profile

• Good understanding of product management principles, including discovery, strategy, roadmapping, prioritisation, delivery and lifecycle management.
• Ability to frame user problems as product opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
• Ability to conduct or facilitate user research and synthesise qualitative and quantitative information.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain product trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences and to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical understanding to work with engineering teams, with awareness of cybersecurity and governance considerations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and the software development lifecycle.
