Project Manager – Construction & Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on construction and development projects. You will coordinate daily site activities, ensure progress aligns with master programmes, and act as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a project team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick‑start meetings.
• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports.
• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor progress claims, interim certificates, and issue payment responses.
• Identify and mitigate potential or actual causes of delay.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist with documentation and recommend contract awards to clients.
• Check safety management systems and conduct periodic safety inspections.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations on development concepts, preliminary programmes, and budgets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the built environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes across all project stages.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work under pressure.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
