Sales Specialist - Data Centre

About the role

Aggreko is hiring a Sales Specialist for its Data Centre business, based in Singapore. The role drives revenue growth by selling power and cooling solutions to data centre customers through consultative selling of complex technical solutions. You will lead technical discovery, help develop solutions and build multi-level stakeholder relationships across long sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by delivering power and cooling solutions to data centres in Singapore and Johor Bahru
• Build strategic customer relationships and turn sales opportunities into long-term key accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, quotations, contract negotiations and order closure
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, keep accurate CRM records and work with internal teams
• Promote Aggreko's solutions and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and operational excellence standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical, management or business-related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the data centre sector or a related industry
• Strong network and established relationships within data centre organisations and service providers
• Proven ability to understand technical power and temperature control solutions, negotiate contracts and close sales
• Professional, customer-focused and willing to travel frequently for client engagement
