SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant

About the role

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to join its SAP HXM practice. The role involves leading and delivering end‑to‑end Employee Central implementations for large enterprise customers across Singapore and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for enterprise clients.
• Conduct workshops with HR, IT, payroll, integration and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure core Employee Central modules such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflow, Business Rules, Role‑Based Permissions and Global Assignments.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts including design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts and training materials.
• Collaborate with integration, payroll, time‑management and reporting teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
• Support data migration activities, system testing, UAT, defect resolution and go‑live preparation.
• Provide post‑go‑live hypercare, issue resolution and stabilization support.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end HR business processes.
• Ability to work independently, lead workshops and manage workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, project managers and offshore teams.
