Senior Associate – Risk Regulatory & Compliance (Insurance)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to join its Risk Services team, focusing on regulatory and compliance advisory for insurance clients in Singapore and the region. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from start‑ups to multinational corporations, delivering audit, regulatory, and business advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting advisory on new IFRS, US GAAP, and other standards.
• Develop and review financial models, including insurance product models and capital allocation tools.
• Embed reporting changes into client systems, models, controls, and processes.
• Deliver insurance advisory services such as business plan reviews, capital management, and MIS design.
• Prepare carve‑out financial statements and align accounting policies.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in IFRS 17, insurance modelling, capital management, financial modelling, or risk advisory, preferably with an international public accounting firm, insurer, or consultancy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
