Senior Consultant - Data & AI Consulting

About the role

Infosys Consulting, the management and IT consultancy unit of the Infosys Group, is hiring a Senior Consultant in Data and AI consulting in Singapore. The consultant leads Data and AI consulting projects from inception to completion, collaborates with clients to build AI strategies and roadmaps, and mentors junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Data and AI consulting projects from start to finish, delivering within budget and timeline.
• Work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Identify and evaluate data transformation opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and assess risks and benefits.
• Mentor junior consultants and stay current with AI technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, business analysts and industry experts on data transformation solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Data, AI and consulting.
• Develop and deliver service offerings, publish points of view on IT practices, emerging technologies and transformations, and capture work products and insights.
• Contribute to sales and marketing: RFP and client proposal development, business cases and client presentations, market and client research, and leading work streams for new business.

Required profile

• Strong management consulting experience across banking-finance or telco.
• Experience leading RFP/tender responses on a large scale with revenue targets.
• Ability to define and deliver hybrid and multi-cloud strategy, roadmap, migration and adoption.
• Experience leading cloud projects (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud) through digital transformation or migration.
• Understanding of application portfolio rationalization, AI and ML, and technology strategy transformation.
• Ability to design operating and business models for data platforms and emerging industry capabilities (mandatory).
