Senior Customer Service Executive

About the role

Busy Bees Asia is seeking a warm, responsive, and detail‑oriented Senior Customer Service Executive to be the first trusted voice for parents navigating their child’s early years journey. You will handle enquiries across phone, email and digital channels, guiding families toward centre visits and enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to parent enquiries via phone, email and digital platforms.
• Guide parents in booking centre visits and explain next steps.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Provide clear information on centres, programmes and enrolment processes.
• Coordinate with centre teams to arrange visits and follow‑ups.
• Handle feedback professionally and empathetically.
• Follow up on enquiries to support engagement and conversion.
• Assist with administrative tasks and team projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call‑centre experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high‑volume enquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Customer‑focused and professional attitude.
• Comfort communicating with a diverse range of parents; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
