Telemarketing Analyst – Outbound Sales for Financial Products

About the role

The role is focused on maximising sales of AIA financial products by contacting retail customers through a call‑centre and online platforms. You will work with leads supplied by partners, meet individual and team quotas, and help drive AIA’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to partner‑provided leads to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AIA products.
• Convert leads into sales while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure all call activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification or higher.
• 2–5 years of outbound call‑centre or telemarketing/telesales experience in the financial industry.
• Optional certifications such as BCP, PGI, HI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools required; focus on telemarketing and sales processes.
