About the role

The Telemarketing Analyst will drive sales of AIA’s insurance products by contacting prospective customers through a call‑centre environment. You will work with leads supplied by partners, understand client needs and match them with suitable solutions, helping AIA meet its growth targets.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound telemarketing calls to partner‑provided leads to achieve individual and team sales quotas.
Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate AIA products.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through effective communication.
Maintain strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines during all interactions.

Required profile

Minimum O‑Level qualification or higher.
2–5 years of outbound call‑centre or telemarketing/telesales experience within the financial services sector.
Optional certifications such as BCP, PGI, or HI.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
