Telemarketing Analyst – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Analyst to join AIA’s Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team. In this role you will drive sales of AIA insurance products by contacting prospective customers through our call‑centre and online platforms, helping them achieve healthier, longer, better lives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to leads supplied by partners and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable AIA products and services.
• Convert partner‑provided leads into confirmed sales while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure all call activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum education: O Level or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of outbound call‑centre or telemarketing experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Optional certifications: BCP, PGI, HI.
