Senior Design Engineer (Geotechnical, Civil & Structural)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer with expertise in geotechnical, civil and structural engineering to lead design activities for our projects in Singapore. The role involves delivering high‑quality designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform civil, structural analysis and design to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive project documentation to authorities and clients.
• Attend project meetings and conduct inspections of designed works.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers in engineering tasks.
• Report progress and issues to the Principal Engineer and management.

Required profile

• Master’s, Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineering Board of Singapore.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with local design standards and codes.
• Strong work attitude, self‑motivation, attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
