Senior Executive, Finance & Billing

About the role

The Office of Campus Housing (OCH) at NTU is looking for a Senior Executive to manage finance and billing functions for faculty housing, student residences, and sports & recreation facilities. This role combines financial processing, debt recovery, procurement, and resident relationship management to ensure a seamless living experience on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly billing and refund transactions for faculty housing and faculty‑in‑residence.
• Review outstanding accounts, generate aging reports, and execute timely debt recovery actions.
• Handle resident queries via ServiceNow, counter, phone, and email, meeting SLA requirements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement: raise purchase requisitions, process goods receipt, and ensure prompt vendor payments.
• Assist in preparing specifications for quick purchases, invitations‑to‑quote, and tenders.
• Support year‑end financial closing activities.
• Provide cross‑functional support for resident relations, room turnover, check‑ins/check‑outs, and facilities coordination.
• Maintain accurate administrative and financial records and contribute to best‑practice templates.

Required profile

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience in finance, billing, procurement, or customer service/relationship management.
• Experience in student hostels, staff housing, or hospitality services is a plus.
