Senior Field Account Manager

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, part of Relx, offers risk solutions covering anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, identity authentication and verification, fraud and credit risk mitigation, and customer data management. As a Senior Field Account Manager you will manage a book of accounts, build relationships with customers to anticipate their needs and ensure retention, and work with the Business Development Manager to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships, understand their needs and provide proactive guidance and support
• Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
• Monitor customer health metrics and address potential issues early
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve the customer experience

Required profile

• 8 years of proven sales and strategic account management experience
• Ability to engage with large enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as operations and product development
• Willingness to work in a team supporting one or more Strategic Account Directors
• Results-driven, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals

Required skills

• Problem-solving and strategic thinking about customer needs
• Deep understanding of SaaS or technology products
• Proficiency with CRM software; Salesforce experience is desired but not required
