Senior Manager, Centre Management

About the role

A Senior Manager with centre management experience is sought to lead a team managing retail malls or integrated developments. The role oversees operations, leasing, advertising and promotions and tenancy management for integrated community development projects, while engaging stakeholders so that the development strategy and key targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure smooth building operations, including taking over and handing over of premises
• Take part in defining the overall development strategy and execute it to meet key targets
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and user requirements
• Oversee outsourced vendors to ensure quality standards are met
• Develop plans and activities to achieve agreed targets
• Prepare and present management reports for regular reporting
• Optimise resources for efficient building operations

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in any field
• At least 8 years of experience leading a team in centre management or asset management in retail, commercial or mixed-use developments
• Experience in centre management of integrated community development and Managing Agent management is a plus
