Senior Manager – Strategic Capital Solutions (Deals)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Strategic Capital Solutions (SCS) team in the Deals Advisory practice. The role covers the full deal lifecycle for private credit fundraising, structured equity, and restructuring mandates across APAC, working closely with partners, directors, clients and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage private credit, structured finance and restructuring engagements from origination to post‑deal integration.
• Oversee financial modelling, credit analysis, due diligence and transaction structuring activities.
• Advise clients on capital structures, financing solutions, fundraising strategies and restructuring options.
• Drive business development through market research, proposal development and origination.
• Coach junior team members and foster collaboration across PwC teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in private credit, structured finance, leveraged finance, investment banking or corporate finance advisory.
• Strong track record managing complex transactions and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualifications (CFA, CA, CPA) are a plus.
