Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead (Retail & Supply Chain)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an accomplished Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead based in Singapore, with 20+ years of experience. The role leads large-scale global retail and supply chain transformations, covering Bluefield and Greenfield implementations, omnichannel integration and advanced logistics ecosystems such as 3PL/4PL models. It calls for a strategic leader who drives end-to-end SAP programs across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations, including Bluefield and Greenfield implementations, and drive complex programs across multi-country retail environments
• Manage stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, business and IT teams, and align delivery with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum practices
• Design and implement SAP Retail solutions integrated with POS systems, SAP CAR and e-commerce platforms such as Magento and Shopee
• Transform high-volume supply chain operations, design 3PL/4PL logistics models and implement EDI/IDOC and API-based integrations
• Drive selective data transition (Bluefield) and data migration strategies, using the Data Migration Cockpit and SAP RISE for cloud transformation
• Manage SAP rollouts across APAC, Europe and the Middle East, ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, and lead store rollouts and POS-to-back-office integrations
• Manage relationships with global consulting partners, SaaS providers and logistics vendors, and drive integration with platforms such as COUPA and EDI cloud solutions

• 20+ years of experience
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional global teams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to recover critical projects and deliver successful outcomes
• Strategic thinker focused on business value and innovation

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA and ECC 6.0
• Materials Management (MM) expert, Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Retail
• Bluefield and Greenfield implementations, EDI/IDOC integrations, supply chain and procurement systems
• Familiarity with SAP RISE, SAP CAR, Data Migration Cockpit, cloud platforms and API integrations
• Preferred certifications: SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I); ITIL v4 Foundation and Azure AI Fundamentals also listed
