Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a team at our Jurong Island facility. The role involves aligning daily operations with the company’s strategic goals while fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company vision and communicate them to team members.
• Organise workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
• Monitor productivity, provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance reports.
• Handle employee complaints, resolve issues, and maintain accurate time‑keeping and personnel records.
• Communicate information between upper management and staff.
• Decide on rewards, promotions, and take disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Familiarity with company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to adapt to various job descriptions and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
