Treatment Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the role

Be@me is a digital healthcare startup focused on cosmetic dental care, offering orthodontic solutions for teeth alignment. It is looking for a part-time Treatment Coordinator in Singapore to support its orthodontic practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists during clear aligner consultations by explaining treatment plans, timelines and expected outcomes.
• Guide patients clearly and empathetically on treatment options, costs and procedures.
• Act as the main link between patients and clinical staff for clear aligner cases.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups and make sure treatment milestones are met.
• Deliver educational materials and presentations on clear aligner therapy.
• Answer patient questions on aligner use, maintenance and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Coordinate with reception and nursing staff to smooth patient flow.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dental or healthcare settings preferred.
• Interest in orthodontics and patient care.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans in a patient-friendly way.
• Organizational skills for scheduling and record management.
