About the role

Join a leading banking service team as a Universal Service Banker. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, delivering accurate cash transactions and supporting their banking needs.

Key responsibilities

Attend to walk‑in customers and provide courteous service.
Process over‑the‑counter transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, with precision.
Handle customer enquiries, ensuring service standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Promote banking products and services to customers as appropriate.

Required profile

Positive attitude, pleasant personality and strong customer‑service orientation.
Fresh or entry‑level candidates; prior cash‑handling or counter experience is an advantage.
