Venue Leader - Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt

About the role

The Yo-Chi Venue Leader runs a seamless venue operation at Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt in Singapore, creating great customer experiences. The role covers customer service, quality standards, people management, a safe working environment and full accountability for commercial results. It is a full-time position based at Liat Towers, Orchard Road, and requires about 2 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set the standard for customer service and ensure every team member commits to it.
• Deliver service-based training and coaching for team members and other venue leaders as needed.
• Manage food inventory to maximise sales and profitability.
• Build product knowledge across the team through training.
• Lead and manage all team members through the employment lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding.
• Record and act on hazards found in the venue.
• Give feedback and ongoing coaching to improve product quality, knowledge and service skills.
• Run performance management plans with underperforming team members as required.
• Work with the operations team on venue business planning, including local marketing and Communi-Chi.
