B2B Account Manager

About the role
EPOS, a point-of-sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International and part of the Antom group, is looking for a B2B Account Manager in Singapore. You will acquire new merchants and help them grow through technology, working directly with business owners in retail, F&B and beyond to digitalise their operations.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads and build relationships with SME and startup founders on a daily basis
- Help SMEs digitalise their business with EPOS
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Follow up closely to ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales account servicing
- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams
Required profile
- Previous work experience, ideally 4-5 years, in sales pitching products, solutions or services
- Good understanding and connections in the F&B and/or retail industries
- Excellent communication skills and a drive for success
- Willingness to learn; training is provided and no prior experience is required
